We are a research center dedicated to the study of methods of inner transformation and exploration through neurophenomenological, psychological, and physiological approaches.

We offer a critical examination of the transformational impact, as well as the sociocultural dynamics that shape and influence spiritual, meditative, and consciousness-expanding practices—such as meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, psychedelic experiences, energy work, and somatic exploration.

We are a bridge between practitioners, seekers, and scientists, fostering dialogue across disciplines and making significant findings accessible to wider audiences.

Her approach merges clinical practice, academic inquiry, and personal experimentation—including meditation—as core elements of her work.
